What Is Bungee Fitness?

Bungee Fitness is a dynamic workout that uses a harness attached to a ceiling-mounted bungee cord to support and assist your movements. 

The resistance of the bungee allows you to jump, squat, lunge, glide, and fly through movements that challenge your body in a fun and unique way.

This workout combines:

  • Cardio training
  • Strength and resistance work
  • Core conditioning
  • Balance and stability training
  • Functional movement patterns
  • Plyometric-style exercises with reduced joint impact

Bungee Private Party Sessions

Looking for a fun and unique group experience? Book a private Bungee Fitness party session for birthdays, team building events, girls’ nights, celebrations, or just a fun workout with friends.

Private party bookings are based on availability. Yes we are an all women’s fitness facility, but for the private parties men/ boys will be allowed to participate as well.

General Information

Class Arrival Information

All participants are required to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before class for:

  • Weigh-ins
  • Harness fitting
  • Registration
  • Waiver signing
  • Safety review

Late arrivals will not be permitted. Doors will be locked due to safety and class setup requirements.

Intro Class & Prerequisites

An Intro Bungee class is mandatory before participating in higher-level Bungee classes or specialty classes.

The Intro class is designed to teach:

  • Harness safety
  • Basic movements
  • Proper form
  • Bungee control
  • Class expectations

Some participants may be required to repeat the Intro class more than once before advancing to higher-level classes. This helps ensure safety, confidence, and proper understanding of movements and equipment.

Safety Guidelines & Restrictions

For safety reasons, all participants must meet the following requirements before participating in Bungee Fitness classes.

Weight Requirements
Participants must weigh between:

  • 90 lbs minimum
  • 275 lbs maximum

This is required for proper harness fitting and safe bungee operation.

Medical & Safety Precautions

Bungee Fitness is a fitness-based workout class involving cardio, resistance training, jumping, balance, and suspended movement.

Please consult your doctor before participating if you have any of the following:

  • Recent major surgeries
  • Back problems
  • Neck problems
  • Shoulder injuries or limitations
  • Spine conditions or injuries
  • Vision concerns
  • Vertigo
  • Balance disorders
  • Pregnancy
  • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Any other medical or health concerns

Participants with any medical conditions or concerns must receive medical clearance from their physician before attending class.
